As a former Non-Commissioned Officer and military instructor at the Special Forces Training School, Ryan excelled in delivering advanced tactical training, fostering the development of elite soldiers.

Ryan's commitment to community service, notably through his significant roles with the NSW Surf Life Saving Club and his commendable leadership during critical rescue operations, reflects his exceptional ability to perform under pressure. His involvement with the Commando Welfare Trust and the RSL Return Services Legal demonstrates his ongoing dedication to the veteran community, highlighting his extensive contributions both in and out of uniform.

Matt stands out in the security sector with over two decades of diversified expertise, spanning Security Risk, Intelligence, Data Analytics, Fraud Management, and Business Continuity. His last ten years have been focused on crafting bespoke software solutions for unique security challenges, demonstrating his innovation and technical mastery in developing advanced solutions for complex issues.

Matt's background as an Australian Defence Force (ADF) veteran, marked by numerous deployments in challenging conditions, has equipped him with exceptional leadership and strategic skills. These experiences have provided him with a deep insight into the intricacies of security in high-stakes environments, enriching his approach to risk management

Transitioning into the corporate world, Matt has excelled in roles within a leading Bank and a Defence Industry prime, adeptly managing security risks, governance, and compliance in highly regulated sectors. His work has significantly contributed to enhancing organisational security and resilience. Beyond his professional life, Matt's commitment to community service as a Surf Life Saver his dedication to public safety and personal excellence. Matt's blend of military and corporate experience, alongside his community involvement, underscores his leadership and expertise in the security field.
